The exclusive brushed red oak flooring, supplied by Trium, brings a natural warmth that balances the dynamism of the industrial materials.

Station Fintech Montréal, an innovative 25,000 sq. ft. coworking space in Place Ville Marie, is dedicated to start-ups specializing in financial technologies. Following an ideas competition initiated by Finance Montréal and Ivanhoe Cambridge, the project was entrusted to VAD Designers d'espaces, who designed a modern, high-tech environment conducive to collaboration and innovation, while emphasizing the well-being of occupants.

With 144 workstations, private offices, multi-purpose meeting rooms, a large cafeteria and relaxation areas, the design incorporates noble materials, natural textures and an abundance of light to create a warm, stimulating atmosphere. The offices feature furniture with organic, modern shapes, contributing to a professional, welcoming atmosphere. The GBI Hub reflects this ambitious vision with a work environment designed to foster collaboration and innovation. The spaces were designed by Folio Design, and the furniture was selected from distributor Groupe Focus. Together, they imagined a modern and inspiring setting, in keeping with GBI's values.
